B2B Buzz Reports 32.1% Reply Rate, 14 Interested Buyers in First Month

LONDON, 7 Oct 2026 — Most LinkedIn outreach agency campaigns fail for one reason: people can tell it's automated. B2B Buzz, a done-for-you B2B client acquisition agency, has released results from the first month of a new campaign built on the opposite approach.

Over four weeks in September, the agency sent 258 connection requests. Of those, 78 were accepted, a 30.2% acceptance rate. All 78 new connections received a message, and 25 replied, a 32.1% reply rate. Of those 25 replies, 14 were from prospects interested in a conversation, or 56%.

That works out to roughly one interested decision-maker for every 18 connection requests sent.

"Everyone in this industry is chasing volume. We went the other way," said Jamie Fisher, Founder of B2B Buzz. "We'd rather send 258 connection requests to the right people than 5,000 to anyone with a job title. The automation is there, but the prospect should never feel it."

The volume was low on purpose. B2B Buzz warms up every new account gradually, starting with a low number of daily connection requests and increasing week by week, the same way a real person's activity would grow. Daily requests in this campaign roughly doubled between the first week and the fourth.

"A lot of people push a new account hard from day one and get it restricted," Fisher added. "We start slow and behave like a human. In month one, one in three people we messaged wrote back, and more than half of them wanted to talk. That matters more than how many requests you sent."

B2B Buzz says the results reflect a wider shift in B2B sales. Buyers are flooded with generic outreach, and small, well-targeted campaigns are producing more of what counts: qualified conversations.
