Terms of Service
Last updated: 10 September 2026
These terms govern your use of Executivist, published by 365 Digital Media Group, 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them.
Accounts
Direct email/password signup and Google sign-in require a work email address. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.
Credits and payment
Submitting a press release for review requires an article credit, purchased through the site. Payments are processed by Stripe. Credits expire after the period shown at the time of purchase and are non-refundable once used to submit a release. Purchasing a credit does not guarantee publication.
Executivist is a business-to-business service. By purchasing credits, you confirm you are doing so in the course of a trade, business, or profession, not as a consumer, and you consent to credits being made available for use immediately on purchase.
Submitted content
You confirm that any press release or content you submit is accurate, that you have the right to submit it, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights or applicable law. We review all submissions before publication and may reject, edit, or remove content at our discretion, including after publication if it's later found to breach these terms.
By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, edit, and display it on Executivist, and to syndicate it to third parties such as search engines and Google News. This licence survives removal of your account. You keep ownership of your content and remain responsible for it.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against any claims, damages, or costs arising from content you submit or your breach of these terms, including reasonable legal costs.
Prohibited use
You may not use the site to submit false, defamatory, misleading, or unlawful content, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the site or other users' accounts.
Editorial content
News and editorial content on Executivist is separate from paid submissions and reflects our own independent reporting, subject to the editorial standards described on our About page.
Liability
The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site, and our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. You can stop using the site and request account deletion at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
