Privacy Policy

Last updated: 10 September 2026

This policy explains what personal data Executivist (published by 365 Digital Media Group, 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX, "we", "us") collects, why, and what rights you have over it.

Data we collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address and, if you sign up with a password, a securely hashed version of it. If you sign in with Google or LinkedIn, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from that provider. When you submit a press release, we collect the company and contact details you provide in that form. When you purchase credits, payment is processed directly by Stripe. We do not store your card details ourselves.

How we use it

We use your data to operate your account, process and review submissions, manage credit purchases, and communicate with you about your account or submissions. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Third parties we use

We use Supabase for account authentication and data storage, Stripe for payment processing, and Vercel for website hosting. Each of these providers processes data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to export it. To make a request, email connect@365digitalmediagroup.com. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you think we have not handled your data properly.

International transfers

Some of our third-party providers may process data outside the UK. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses to protect your data.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the site. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Data retention

We keep account and submission data for as long as your account is active, or as required to meet our legal and accounting obligations. You can request deletion of your account at any time.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
